NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURE
Dear beloved patients,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the closing of Clear Concepts Optometry. It has been an incredible privilege and joy to have served and cared for you and your family for nearly a decade. This difficult decision has been made in order to devote more time to the needs of my growing family. As a result, please note that the last day of our official operation will be March 29, 2024.
After March 29th, all patient records will be transitioned to Winchester Optometry.

Winchester Optometry has served the San Jose and greater community for nearly 70 years. The office is equipped to handle a variety of your general and specialized eye care needs including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting and management of various eye diseases.
I will be joining this practice as one of their providers. You may schedule to see me as soon as April or be seen by one of their other great providers below.
Dr. Mary Ann C. Shui is the practice owner of Winchester Optometry. She is a glaucoma and board certified optometrist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2001 and also works as a clinical faculty professor at the school. She was my professor during my time at UC Berkeley and served as my mentor afterward.
Dr. Judy Lee is a therapeutically licensed optometrist with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 1989 and serves on the board of the Santa Clara County Optometric Society. She also actively mentors many young optometrists during her spare time.
Should you decide to transfer your care elsewhere and require records, you may e-mail eyecare@clearconceptsoptometry.com for a copy before June 1, 2025. Please allow 5-10 business days.
If you are a medi-caid patient, please reference this list of medi-caid providers here. Unfortunately, Winchester Optometry does not accept Medi-cal at this time; however they may in the future. Last but not least, it has been an incredible pleasure and honor to serve and care for you. Getting to know you and your families have been the highlight of my time at Clear Concepts.
I hope to see you again soon. It will be great to see a familiar face in a new space!
